The following policy is to be adopted with respect to the repair of any property damaged within the community: The landowner is to be written to and requested to bring their property up to the desired standard, and suggestions for the use of appropriate material may be given, Temporary repair of premises to make it safe and secure will be permitted for a maximum period of 30 days following the damage, and If no action within this period then the landowner is to be advised that within another 30 days unless the property is satisfactorily secured and neatly presented in conformity with the amenity of the neighbourhood then an immediate order to demolish will be issued. The Works Supervisor advised he will assess and rectify this problem. Curara Swamp Road Councillor Thomas advised that gravel is needed to cover exposed rocks. The Works Supervisor advised that he will assess this road. Erangy Springs Road Councillor Freeman advised that this road is breaking up due to rising moisture. The Works Supervisor advised that this problem will correct itself as the road surface dries. Moore Road Councillor Freeman advised that a curve sign is needed on this road. Yanga Road Councillor Steele advised that this road requires grading. Thomas Road Councillor Wainwright advised that some residents are concerned about the condition of this road. The Works Supervisor advised that this road will be graded when the maintenance graders are in the area. Burton Road Councillor Thomas advised that the wild oats are dangerously high and in need of clearing on the intersection of Burton Road and Peters Road. Grima Road Councillor L Newman advised that the southern end of this road is sandy and requires stabilising. The Works Supervisor advised Council that the Casuarinas Road will be completed in the forthcoming week and that the crew will then commence working on harvest routes, including Kelly Road. TC "HEALTH PROMOTION OFFICER MULLEWA HEALTH SERVICES" \f C \l "1" HEALTH PROMOTION OFFICER MULLEWA HEALTH SERVICES Ms Natasha Freeman, Health Promotion Officer at the Mullewa Health Services, gave Council a brief overview of what her position entails. She advised Council that the main role of her position is to facilitate improvements in health within the communities of the Shires of Mullewa, Yalgoo and Murchison; including liaising with all schools, sports clubs, various societies, the media and the councils to develop and deliver programs. Ms Freeman stated that she would welcome any suggestions and feedback to enhance her service delivery. 3:44pm: The Chief Executive Officer escorted Ms Natasha Freeman from the meeting. 3:45pm: The Chief Executive Officer returned to the meeting.
