The Chief Executive Officer was also requested to write to farmers advising that Council anticipates funding for a 7 metre bitumen road and ask them if they would be prepared to donate the land to enable the road widening, similar in some respects to the arrangement for the widening and fencing of the Mingenew-Mullewa Road. The Council may be able to assist with fence and erection costs if government funding is secured. Mr Norbert Marwick, Councils Works Supervisor, entered the meeting at 3:25pm.
