There is concern that the movement of stock and machinery from this property may have inadvertently spread Skeleton weed throughout the district. CARRIED 9/0 Reason for variation from Committee Recommendation: The Council does not believe that it could adequately develop a central oil collection point without incurring considerable cost and management implications. It believes that the community would support a direct farm gate service, and further it has difficulty becoming involved in a matter which it clearly sees as an industry responsibility. F9907.12 REGIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING ATTENDANCE Discussion was held on the level of Skeleton weed infestation on the property formerly owned by the JLW Pastoral Company within the Mullewa Shire. There is concern that the movement of stock and machinery from this property may have inadvertently spread Skeleton weed throughout the district.
